The therapist G is very experienced and knowledgeable and very easy going. The place is on the small side but they get the job done and other clients who use them love going here. Because of the size getting appointments is not easy, but once you do and arrive the wait is very short. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I scheduled an appointment nearly a week in advance and was even told I’d be added to the cancellation list if something opened sooner. When I arrived, they had no record of my appointment at all. I have a 3-month-old and a 3-year-old, so getting there was not easy—and I have a torn meniscus, so I really needed this visit. Despite the scheduling mistake being on their end, they made no effort to fit me in. On top of that, the office had an unpleasant odor. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this practice.
