I previously left a negative review regarding my experience with this practice because I was frustrated after a report stated I could return to work without restrictions, which created serious concerns regarding my benefits and medical status. After speaking directly with the office and the doctor, they reviewed my concerns and corrected the report issue. I appreciate that they took the time to follow up with me and address the situation. I also want to mention that Christina was professional, respectful, and attentive during my visits. She took the time to listen to my concerns and treated me kindly throughout the process, which I appreciated. I still believe communication and continuity of care could be improved, especially regarding follow-up evaluations and direct physician communication. However, I do want to acknowledge that they ultimately worked with me to resolve the matter, and I appreciate the effort to correct the issue.
