Doctor messed up my family members appointment didn’t reschedule her for her surgery. No response back from him. It’s been two weeks. Highly disappointed, there was one point where they lost her documents she couldn’t attend her other appointments because of his negligence. Genuinely the receptionist were very helpful and genuinely they explained to me that they have been trying to contact Dr Li with Dr Li. I guess operate on his own separate schedule, Lisa was extremely helpful

I would give this place no stars if I could. Called this place to book an appointment on 4/21 Thursday 4:50pm and they told me the computers were down. Obviously someone didn't want to do anymore work and turned their computer off. Anyways they make me call the next day and I booked the appointment. Gave Ms Rong all the info for insurance and sent pics of ID. Our son is covered under the insurance. They told us they were going to confirm the insurance and let us know. I got a confirmation text for the appointment so I was under the impression that everything was set for Monday. The day of the appointment we arrive we were told via text that our appointment was not covered and we are being charged for $625.00 a procedure that was covered. I am literally parked outside their facility and writing this review. The person Katalina then tells me that I was informed prior to this that I would have to pay $625 and then get reimbursed after they get paid from insurance. WHAT?!? So you want me to pay you and then wait til the insurance pays you to then go to your billing department to get reimbursed?? Is that how medical insurance works??? If I could I'd like to report this medical office, obviously money is their main priority above all else. STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!
