I would not recommend this medical supply to anyone. When it comes to delivery and installation, there isn’t any proper protocol that they follow. You have to give them a two day window when you will be available and then the driver decides to call when he’s two minutes away. Not enough time for a “heads up”. The technician arrived did whatever job he could and had to reschedule because his drill bit broke when drilling holes in my wall for a handrail, which is understandable. So he said he would have to come the next day or the following. I ask if the next day is fine because the following would be a headache to rearrange plans. He agreed and I ask him a couple more times just to be sure, he gave me his word that he will come the next day. When he leaves I check the bathroom and the mess was left for me to clean and also the elevated toilet seat was not properly secured. The left rail was left unsecured and the seat is too big to properly lock in to my toilet. I call this morning to find out if it’s ok to return the seat with the driver when he arrives only for them to tell me the driver is not working today. But here’s the kicker, I once again have to give a two-day window and won’t know when he or she is coming until they’re probably two minutes away. First and foremost, this is not a way to run a business where we cannot even get an appointment scheduled when speaking with their staff, let alone a business that tends to patients in need. Horrible business. Definitely try and find another medical supply if you have the option to.
