The treatment and care I've received at Ascenza has simply been superb. Having to learn how to exercise and progress safely after two hernia surgeries seemed overwhelming, but Brandon breaks it down into simple understandable steps. At Ascenza you don't see your therapist for 15 minutes and then get handed off to a technician like at many of the large PT centers I've been treated at. Brandon spends the entire appointment focused on me and what I need both in the short term and the long term. Brandon even spends time between sessions working with my personal trainer to ensure they are in alignment so that I am progressing safely to minimize the chances of recurrence. I cannot recommend Ascenza highly enough. As long as I live in NYC, when I need physical therapy, Ascenza will be my go-to. Very grateful for the care, support and guidance I'm being provided.

I've been working with John and Brandon for six months for a rotator cuff tear. They are both knowledgeable, caring and supportive. They always accommodate my knee issues into the therapy so I don't exacerbate them. I have had a lot PT over the years. My experience with John and Brandon has been personalized and the best experience of all. Scheduling process has also been very accommodating. The one-one care for the whole session it's what is most important, unlike other places where the therapist covers multiple patients. I highly recommend Ascenza. My husband has been seeing both John and Brandon as well as Dorothy for multiple problems and most recently post brain surgery.
