Completely unprofessional and disorganized. Called me 30 minutes before my appointment telling me to come in at a different time instead of my actual appointment time. Said they called me at 8:20 at night the night before to tell me the appointment time needed to be changed, but I had received no calls from the actual office and no one has even left a voicemail for me on my phone. Mind you, their office closes at 6:30 pm. Now they're offering to reschedule me for a time two whole weeks from now, when I need treatment for this injury asap so I can return to work in a timely fashion.
