My husband and I have been going to spare pair for years. Was always happy until now. I was prescribed glasses for distance. They were not cheap over $300.00 the left lense I'm seeing blurry. Went back three times they are saying they can't fix cause I have a cataract. Yet I see better without the glasses. So it's not my cataract. I'm done. And they lost my husband's business as well. It's not the cataract it's the lense they put in.

Not capable. They’ve messed up 2 pairs of glasses. One incident was the workers in the office- who you would think know what they are doing.. And the other incident was their lab (not their fault) but the lab let the glasses get sent back to the store when they obviously are messed up (have a large drip of dye in the center of the lense) .. the store fixed it but gave me a hard time about it. They don’t have good customer service. Feels like it’s their first day
