Severe disorganization and a clear lack of professionalism from the front desk staff. Despite arriving on time for my scheduled appointment, I was left waiting for over an hour while patients who arrived after me were seen first. There was no prior communication regarding delays or any attempt to set realistic expectations for wait times—particularly given the significant discrepancy between the scheduled and actual appointment time. This reflects a fundamental breakdown in scheduling protocols and a concerning level of operational inefficiency.

For years I was impressed by this doctor. He seemed very qualified, professional and friendly. But on my last visit I was very disappointed. Because I asked questions about a procedure he was ordering he was upset. He became arrogant and unprofessional. He said my condition was great, yet he wanted to schedule this procedure. Because I did not agree right off he changed from being a great doctor to a scary one. I've never been back. His office never sent my results to my primary care doctor ever after requesting several times. The front office staff is rude and unhelpful. Once, I witnessed them treating an older gentleman very unkindly. I had to intervene. I think the staff choose who they're nice to.
