Office staff is utterly incompetent, rude and don't know what they are doing. They force you to get scans where they want without getting authorization from your insurance even after telling them more than once where I was comfortable going and that they had all my records. Also, after telling them that the bathroom had feces all over the toilet seat, they still didn’t clean it. Doctor is ok. Tries to be funny but falls flat.

Dr. Rudberg is superb, and his staff is wonderful. Yes, the wait can often be long but that's because this doctor is in demand, and for good reason. Rudberg is whip-smart yet gracious and takes the time to explain your medical condition with clarity, wit and humor. I highly recommend him. And the women in the front office are angels.
