I am patient of a Dr. Patel for a number of years Now😊 Every time I see Dr. Patel, I’m amazed how professional and caring Dr. Patel is about his patience, not for just a symptom that they are there for that day but for whole health and well-being of a Patient’s .His office is busy, but everyone is treated with he’s respect and care. I have noticed an incredible caring professional, and obvious knowledgeable cardiology treatment that it is a specialty of Dr. Patel as well as primary care for his patient thank you Dr. Patel for your caring and your professionalism ❤️You are a rare Doctor who cares about the patient totally❤️ Additionally, it is very noticeable,Dr. Patel Office staff, are carrying with the same manner and mission which is caring for the patients I want to think Ms. Shawna who manages the office and greets patients by name and her caring manner makes you feel welcome and always very helpful ,and respectful ❤️

Dr.Patel has been my primary physician for numerous years now. He provides excellent care and support for his patients; no question is too much for him to provide a response in terms of your care. He is humorous and puts his patients’ minds at ease. He is a brilliant, teaching cardiologist who is extremely altruistic in providing internships for new physicians. I highly recommend Dr.Patel!

Worst phone service! No voicemail option to leave a message; just music playing. Or you are put on hold for 15 minutes. Or you leave a message and no one calls you back. I like Dr. Patel, Jose, the manager and Adam. One would think they would want easily accessible communication with their patients.

I would NOT recommend this doctor if you are a new patient, had a terrible experience first time going to this office. Dr Patel only cares about running your insurance through. He rushes his sessions with you does not care to answer your questions and gives you watered down answers when you bring up a concern you have to his attention. I heard when he first opened his office he showed compassion to patients but as he grew so did his greed for only caring about taking your money. Also has a bad habit of double booking appointments. Most of the 4-5 star reviews you see here are FAKE, terrible treatment I would never go back.

The absolute best office you could ever come too. My family has been coming to this office for about four years now. Every single time the doctor and staff are dedicated, patient, kinds, thoughtful, fast and efficient. The most talented sonogram technician, who is extremely thorough. The best phlebotomy nurse in the universe, leaves you painless every time. Coming here doesn’t feel dreadful, we are always happy visiting Dr.Patel. If there is an emergency the doctor will always see you and always take care of you whether in hospital procedure or clinic appointment. It’s rare to find this level of care in NY especially with a specialist. You won’t be disappointed!
