Google review (Noele Charles): I had a deeply disappointing experience with this doctor. She completely dismissed my concerns and ignored what I had to say about my own body and past treatments that worked for me. I felt belittled and unheard as she disregarded my input and prescribed a medication I clearly stated has never been effective for me. Rather than taking the time to understand or research the option I mentioned, she dismissed my needs entirely.
The lack of care and consideration made me feel invisible, as if my voice and well-being didn’t matter. No one seeking medical care should feel this way. I will not be returning to this doctor and cannot recommend her to others.

Google review (Sidra Rasul): I had an appointment with Dr. Biswas today, and I'd like to share my experience. The only hiccup was that I was unaware that her office had moved from Madison Avenue to Broadway. Unfortunately, the new address wasn't updated on Zocdoc. So, I initially went to their old address on Madison Avenue, only to find out that they were no longer there. However, a quick Google search led me to their new location, which was fortunately just 12 minutes away, and I managed to make it to my appointment on time.
It would be greatly appreciated if the practice could update their new address on platforms like Zocdoc and google maps to prevent any confusion for future patients. Other than this minor inconvenience, Dr. Biswas and her team provided excellent care during my appointment.

Google review (Hannah Méndez): I have it on good authority that this doctor is verbally abusive with her staff, unhygienic with her tools, and illegally restricts her staff from being able to take a lunch break. In the state of New York, it’s required by law that workers get a 15 minute break after four hours of consecutive work. She is not abiding by this law. Additionally, she is cold and uncaring, the last thing you would want in an OB/GYN. Please see further reviews on Vitals for more information.
