Her expertise is equally matched by her genuine thoughtfulness and human approach, and as a long term patient (who was referred to her by another patient), I look forward to opportunities when I can recommend her. Her helpful and warm front office team are always efficient with scheduling appointments, insurance, and billing as well.

Google review (vivi): I love Dr. Neena, but I’ve had significant issues with the billing department. I’ve called multiple times, left voice messages, and sent emails regarding my billing inquiry. No one responded until today, when one person finally picked up.
Unfortunately, the experience was extremely unprofessional. The representative, whose name sounded like Raje, raised his voice at me throughout the call. I explained that a previous front desk staff member told me there was an error on my invoice, as I never visited the office on the date I was billed for and should not have been charged. It seems that person may no longer be there, and the new representative was very defensive. He ignored my questions, repeatedly said that I “owed” a certain amount, and insisted the charges were correct—yet the invoice amount kept increasing with items I do not understand.
When I asked for a line-by-line breakdown, he kept referring me back to the PDF, which does not include any breakdown. He wouldn’t let me speak, refused to clarify anything, and simply demanded payment. I made it clear that I am willing to pay what I owe, but I need to understand what I am being billed for. Instead, he continued yelling and even threatened to send the bill to collections.
As a patient, I have never been treated with this level of disrespect or unprofessionalism. I sincerely hope Dr. Neena is made aware of this issue so it can be addressed and prevented for future patients.

Google review (Jessica Naranjo): I previously left a five-star review about 10 months ago, but I’ve since decided to remove it. While Dr. Agarwala may be clinically competent, her bedside manner has become increasingly disappointing. She can be rude. I’ve always been a polite and respectful patient, yet my last few visits with her felt uncomfortable. I don’t appreciate snide remarks or a passive-aggressive attitude from my physician. I’ve overlooked it before, but I’ve come to realize that I deserve better as a patient. No one visits an OBGYN for fun — we go because we need medical care. I will seek medical attention elsewhere.

Google review (Madeline Rosensweet): Dr. Agarwala is an extensively knowledgeable physician with a lovely and amicable bedside manner. After having moved to upstate NY, l came to the determination that l would rather take the Trailways bus to the city to meet with her than settle for any other more conveniently located, gynocologist. I feel fortunate that l found her, which l had done, years ago, via Zocdoc. At the time, l was in search of an Urogynecologist but after having such a positive experience, switched over to her for all of my gynecological needs.
