I've been around NYC searching and trying every Dr. here & there, I'm Coming Full Circle, and I'm BACK to Dr. Jones, right where I started from, He knew from the start and now I know deep down with my health, Dr. Jones has my heart ...❤️

He's one of the best doctor in Brooklyn NY I remember the first time see him run so many test on me what did at first he did not find but then continue turn on I have sink lupus it's not that easy to fine from 2006 and now is 2023 17 years and going

I chose this doctor's office because of location. I showed up to my appt about 20 minutes ahead of schedule to complete paperwork as instructed by the receptionist. One hour went by, two hours went by and I was finally ushered into the doctor's room. I waited about 30 more minutes and was about to take my bag and walk the hell out when the good doctor himself showed up. His staff in the meantime were making microwave popcorn and eating chips at the front desk. No bueno. Dr Otis has a great personality and bedside manner. But the wait time to see him was excruciating. I did bring this to his attention, he said he "doesn't understand why that happened". I will give him a second chance if I should ever need to book again. But no way I will put up with that horrible 3.5 hour wait time. BTW, I got to the office at 5PM and didn't leave until after 8PM. His staff needs to do better. More professionalism please.

Dr. Otis Jones Jr. Has been my doctor for over 20 years. He is great doctor.
