I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Irani. He goes above and beyond for his patients and has never disappointed me at any stage of the process. His knowledge and expertise are exceptional, and he combines that with true professionalism and compassion. Dr Irani takes the time to listen, explain every step clearly, and make you feel confident and supported. His advice is always thoughtful and well-grounded. I am incredibly grateful to have found such a knowledgeable, dedicated, and caring doctor during such an important journey. I feel very fortunate to be under his care and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking fertility treatment.

Dr. Irani is super helpful! If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have known that I wasn't getting the proper treatment previously. He's very straightforward, ensure to listen to all your needs, and explains everything thoroughly. He was recommended by a former colleague who helped her get her baby today! Him, and his office is super sweet. Yazmin, she's such a true sweetheart, and given the environment she's in, it's great to see employees who can sympathize with patients.

Dr Irani might be good but his team is definitely not patient oriented. I booked a consultation months ago, they sent out an email a few days before the appointment time which stated that I needed to respond within 24 hours, I’ve been traveling abroad so I missed it but I responded on the 25th hour, they told me they had already canceled my appointment, I also let them know there was a 1 hour time difference but they would not give any flexibility at all, I was then given a new date and was told I must respond within 2 hours to keep that appointment, I’m literally on the plane and almost missed the 2 hour window as well. I’ve never ever in my life encountered such rigid patient care before. I understand Irani is popular but man, if this is how they treat their patients before even getting into the door, just imagine what your fertility journeys gonna look like with this team. I’m now exploring some other options as well because I’m quite shocked by how bad the patient care is so far.

After dealing with another facility for almost two years, my wife and I were giving up. Thankfully we found Dr. Irani and decided to give fertility treatment another opportunity. Less than a year later my wife and I are building a family. Thank you Dr. Irani and all of the staff.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Irani and his entire team, the nurses, receptionists, the gynecological surgery staff and embryology team at Cornell. Fertility treatment is an incredibly sensitive and vulnerable process, and yet my experience at Cornell was, without question, the best medical care I’ve ever received. Before coming to Dr. Irani, I had already completed two egg retrieval cycles at another highly respected institution. While my outcomes were decent, they weren’t quite what I had hoped for given my high-ish AMH and follicle count. From the very beginning, Dr. Irani was thoughtful, meticulous, and compassionate. He reassured me with both kindness and clarity that he understood my concerns and would do everything he could to improve the outcome. He conducts the initial consultation himself, but also gives you his personal email for any questions. He also responds quickly, even on weekends! One time, he scheduled me for a next-morning appointment on a Sunday night (just 8 hours before I was due to come in). He personally performed about 80% of my morning ultrasounds and always paused mid-exam to ask if I had questions. While he rotates across Cornell locations, patients can follow him for full continuity. I chose the closest location to where I live, but still had the option to see him almost every time. The nurses at Cornell were also an essential part of what made this experience so special. Despite the high patient volume and constant demands, they were consistently kind, cheerful, and positive. Their presence was often the highlight of my mornings during monitoring. One thing to note is that Cornell doesn’t routinely share daily lab values during stimulation. I never asked for them, but coming from a clinic that did, it initially felt unsettling not to know how things were progressing each day. Over time, I learned to trust that the team had it handled and that I didn’t need to micromanage the process. That shift made the entire experience less stressful for me. Dr. Irani tailored both of my Cornell cycles with remarkable precision, learning from my two prior retrievals at a different clinic and adjusting my second Cornell cycle (cycle 4 overall) based on how I responded to the first (cycle 3). My first retrieval at Cornell yielded about the same # as I'd gotten before (11), and while I was initially disappointed, the feeling didn't feel as heavy. I felt so genuinely cared for that the number didn’t seem to matter as much. The experience itself held more weight than the outcome. For my last cycle, there was a scheduling mix-up and I hadn’t been added to the May schedule -- the last cycle month I'd hoped to complete before turning that magic age ;) Cornell closes for June, so this felt like my last chance. I was panicked, but one of the nurses, Tatiana, went out of her way to find a note from a month earlier confirming my May start. She worked everything out for me with the doctors and staff, while kindly reassuring me that everything would be okay. Fast forward to my final cycle: of 24 follicles (I don't have PCOS), 24 eggs were retrieved and 23 were mature. What made this even more remarkable is that this was the best result of all, despite me doing all four of my cycles back to back, with no breaks. I want to be mindful not to create false expectations, as outcomes vary and so much is out of our control. I’m sharing these numbers because they reflect what’s possible when a team truly listens, learns, and adapts. This result wasn’t just about my body or protocol adherence, it was the product of careful decisions, consistent support, and a team that really cares about their patients, not just during business hours. I’m incredibly grateful that my last two cycles were with Cornell. Leaving after my final checkup was unexpectedly emotional. After nearly 6 months of egg retrievals, I had to say goodbye to a team who never once made me feel like just a patient. Believe all of the 5 star reviews, Dr. Irani and his team are phenomenal. Thank you, so much, Dr. Irani!!
