My aunt recently visited this office for what was supposed to be a routine checkup , but the experience left us very uncomfortable. During her appointment, she was instructed to complete a “cognitive test” using some form of virtual reality equipment. This test was not related to the reason for her visit, nor was it something she requested. She was advised to participate without a clear explanation of its medical necessity. What made the situation even more concerning was the environment in which the test was conducted. She was placed in what appeared to be an employee break room, with staff members eating during the exam. This felt highly unprofessional and inappropriate for any type of medical evaluation, especially one involving specialized equipment. Additionally, she noted something troubling about the office environment. One of the doctors had a noticeable collection of alcohol bottles displayed in their office, which did not reflect the level of professionalism one would expect in a medical setting. Overall, the visit created more stress than reassurance. Patients should feel confident that recommendations are medically necessary, clearly explained, and conducted in a professional environment. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.

I always have a really great experience at this doctor’s office. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The office itself was clean and well-organized, which made the visit even more reassuring. Dr.Becker takes the time to listen to my concerns, annswer all of my questions thoroughly, and didn’t make me feel rushed. I truly felt cared for and respected throughout my appointment. I also appreciated how efficient everything was—from check-in with the Receptionist Elizza! She’s always very helpful, the process was smooth and timely. It’s clear that they value both patient care and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate healthcare provider.

Elizza is the most wonderful person. She makes my experience at my doctor’s appointment very pleasant, simple & easy-going. Great doctors, great office & the hospitality is out of this world.

Justine is the best. I feel comfortable getting my shots. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to my allergies. She is very friendly and always has a smile. A+++
