Marie A Bentsianov, M.D.

I met with Dr. Marie Bentsianov today for the first time and I want to say that I was extremely happy with her services. The staff that I dealt with were very pleasant and nice. The doctor herself took her time out to know my personal medical history as well as my family and did a very thorough exam. She has great people skills, she's very charismatic and personable. I would highly recommend her to anyone who asks me about a PCP. She made sure to address all concerns I have in a way that I can understand of course. It was easy to book an appointment because I used ZocDoc. As any other doctors office expect a reasonable wait.

I really hope the doctor sees the reviews regarding her FRONT DESK because this is completely unprofessional and disgusting. I had an appointment made to see the doctor, Dr.Marie Benstianov. I made the appointment MONTHS in advance. The day came and I was making my way to see the DOCTOR. I get a phone call 30 MINUTES prior to my appointment from the front desk asking me angrily, where I am. To which I replied that I’m not that far from the office, in a nasty attitude the front desk said “well I hope you know you’re seeing the NP”. The NP?!?!? of course I was upset but I decided not to make a big deal. However when I came to the appointment they continued to act entitled. No apologies on their end, just nasty attitude. I saw Elenor who is a sweetheart, I’m just upset that I was treated like dirt from the workers that are apparently the “face of the office”. I really REALLY something is done because this is truly horrible customer service. I work in a medical office myself and I’m horrified at the rudeness from the front desk. If you don’t want to work… maybe quit? a lot of people are looking for jobs and would happily fill the position with a better attitude.

Dr Marie is a great doctor, very pleasant always listens and go above and beyond to insure that I recieve adequate medical care. She always reachable either by her or her assistance! I appreciate her expertise as my neprologist! Am so grateful for her services. Absoluetly recommed her to any kidney patient seeking a good nephrologist! You’re not gonna find a doctor who cares more about her patients than Dr Marie. Her assistant and her are kind and VERY patient. The office staff is another story altogether. Some of the staff members are disorganized and have limited patience. Almost all the complaints here are about the staff but, not the doctor. I’m more than willing to deal with the office staff to see Dr Marie… Simply cause it’s worth it. She’s just that good of a human and doctor.
