Google review (Maribel Zarate): After years of searching for answers, finding Dr. Madhu Bagaria was life-changing. From our first appointment through my surgery in New Jersey on October 21 and my recovery, she truly listened, believed my pain, and treated me like a person not just a diagnosis. For the first time, I felt heard and safe.
Dr. Bagaria is incredibly skilled, but what stood out most to me was her compassion. She explained everything clearly before surgery, and afterward she took the time to go over her findings with me so I really understood what was happening in my body. That meant so much to me.
As I continue to heal, I’m already noticing real improvements and feeling hopeful in a way I haven’t felt in years. Dr. Bagaria and the ESSI team are amazing. If you’ve ever felt dismissed, unheard, or like you were running out of options, Dr. Bagaria is the doctor who will truly see you and fight for you.

Google review (Bethany Bouza): I am incredibly grateful for the care I received from Dr. Madhu Bagaria during my endometriosis excision surgery. Her compassion, kindness, and genuine concern for her patients are immediately felt, and in the midst of such a challenging and vulnerable experience, that made all the difference.
Dr. Bagaria’s education and understanding of endometriosis is a breath of fresh air. She takes the time to truly explain the disease, listens with intention, and treats patients with the respect and dignity they deserve. Having a physician who not only provides excellent surgical care but also actively brings awareness and education to endometriosis is incredibly empowering for women navigating this journey.
It is inspiring to see such an amazing woman leading with both knowledge and heart, helping change the narrative around endometriosis and advocating for better care for women. I am deeply thankful for her role in my surgery and healing and for the work she continues to do to ensure women receive the care they deserve. I would highly recommend Dr. Bagaria to anyone seeking compassionate, informed, and patient-centered endometriosis care.

Google review (Jess V): I recently had surgery in NJ for my Endo. Second time in less than 6 months which I cannot believe still. Disease was left in me after my first surgery(Common for endo patients). When I got to the hospital at the time told, I learned I was told the wrong time by the nurse and from there everything went fast to get me in. It caused a state of panic in me, fearing the appropriate time would no longer be possible for my surgery. Dr B was a calming presence and assured me that they will still have enough time. In post op, I had many questions(Im very inquisitive about my diagnosis, what happened during surgery and I like to learn about how to tackle endo as Im often reading medical journals on it) Dr B came to my room after surgery and took the time to make sure I felt ok, assuring me I didnt have to leave the hospital until I felt well enough. This was a huge relief because I came from out of state for this surgery. I appreciate her taking the time to try to calm me down and not make me feel like just a number. Its been a really tough year but I made my mind up, this was my last surgery. Her compassion helped a lot.

Google review (Dawn Hicks): The whole process with Dr. Bagaria was outstanding. I had 6 years over chronic pelvic pain that was dismissed by 7 other doctors and clinical staff as just bad periods and cramping- take ibuprofen. Even though the periods were exercise induced and lasted 2-3 weeks leaving me bed ridden. I had chronic fatigue, brain fog, tension headaches and ice pick like sharp shooting pains that radiated from pelvis throughout my hips and legs and a never goes away constant deep ache that no amount of heating pads or ibuprofen could touch. In December of 2025, I went to a presurgical consult with Dr. Vidali in Miami. He performed an ultrasound (I already had about 5 in 6 years) and said I’d be a good candidate for surgery based on what he was seeing (suspected endo, and adenomyosis).
I made an appt with the surgical team at ESSI and travelled to New Jersey. I chose Dr. Bagaria for her stellar reviews and wonderful Instagram posts that educate the general public. We decided that since I do not want any more children that a hysterectomy (keeping my ovaries) would be curative of the suspected adenomyosis and we would continue with any excision of any endometriosis that was found. She did my surgery on Jan 29th, 2026. I am just over 2 weeks post op and can say that I am in NO pain. Surgical site tenderness of course however no ache, no shooting pains, no fatigue from not sleeping well. Normal sleeping patterns now! I have not used my heating pad since post op day 2! I want to go run marathons I feel so good! Thank you Dr Bagaria for literally giving me my LIFE back!!

Google review (Christian): Today I had my very first video call with Dr. Bagaria and even just meeting with her and speaking with her for that short time has already changed my life.
I felt cared for and listened to for the first time in 30 years.
She listened to everything I had to say and she was so attentive and made me feel so comfortable. I felt like a human that actually mattered.
I accomplished more in my endometriosis journey with Dr. Bagaria in 15 minutes than I have in my combined experience with doctors since 1995.
I feel completely at ease with Dr. Bagaria and I’m so incredibly fortunate and thankful that I’ve found doctors that truly, truly care and when the time for surgery comes I have complete trust that I’m in the best hands I could possibly be in.
Thank you so much, Dr. Bagaria
