Dr. Bhat takes time to get to know his patients and their circumstances in order to address patient concerns. I have had a great experience working with Dr. Bhat and feel 100x better than when I first saw him a year ago. The office staff is kind and personable. They always remember patients and are understanding.

Non-stop mistakes with my billing. Two office visits and one procedure and I'm still sorting out thousands of dollars of bills. Every single time I'm assured the last one is paid and another shows up overdue because apparently the payment didn't go through the last time. Find another gastro.

I never write reviews but I felt obligated to warn people before they go to save them time and stress. I'll make it short the secretary is extremely nice . But as for the doctor he doesnt care about you his patient at all .he doesnt want to heal you he just wants you to come back for more visits. And he is extremely rude to his employees. It make me feel extremely uncomfortable while I was waiting . Broke my heart to see it .

I had a 9:45 appointment I got there at 9:30 I'm signed in on the wrong sign in sheet, two receptionist who didn't even acknowledge me or ask who I was there to see. I was told me to have a seat when there was no available seats then sent me into another seating area and after 45 minutes and no one acknowledged us After two days of not eating and prepping I walked out of the office and told them not to me. Poor customer service.
