Im a little disappointed that this office is closed and without notifying us. I was going here for over 10 years off and on. When you call the phone number the line just rings out. 2 weeks ago I decided to drive by. The front gate is locked with a padlock but it looks like a family may still live there. A neighbor said the Dr. moved but she didn't know where. Another patient ( or former patient) stopped by while I was there and she too said she did not know that Dr. K moved or closed his business.

A great physician. This Dr is about best quality care for his patients. He was focused and made me feel cared for and I felt like I was In good hands.
