Please be careful going to Dr Kernide Jean-Jerome. If you can find a different doctor that actually cares about your health. She focus mostly about insurance/money and will charge your insurance for any little thing especially when it’s something she didn’t complete. She doesn’t have a sense of urgency and will take her time. While doing so she will have a nasty attitude towards you for no reason. Honestly you can tell she doesn’t love her career as a doctor anymore the passion and drive she once had was gone a long time ago. Paperwork isn’t completed on time. Referrals aren’t sent to the hospitals. Long waits, disrespectful comments towards the patients and being ignored is horrible. When she does receive results from the hospital she DO NOT go over it with you.It’s just an on-going and repeated bad behavior which results to her committing professional misconduct.

Dr. Jerome has been my doctor for many years, she has also helped my family members. We consider her and Jewel(office manager) an extention of our family! Jewel always squeezes us in and goes above and beyond her position to get all forms, referrals, and insurance issues handled asap. Jewel has so much to handle but still does it with patience and kindness. Her name speaks to her character because she is a precious asset to Dr. Jean Jerome!! Dr. Jean-Jerome is a very busy physician but is always concerned with our physical health as well as our emotional, she views patients as people not just a chart. She is one of the few that still cares about bed side manner, which is a lost art amongst current physicians.

Love her, my mom move with her from BMS to Franklin clinic. and the wait was very quick.
