I normally don’t do reviews, but I must talk about my experience. I called this chiropractor office office on Thursday afternoon, I spoke to someone on the phone and gave them my personal/ insurance information. They called me back after verifying my information with my insurance company. They let me know what was expected of me, down to the copay. We agreed I would have the appointment the next day in the early. I was so happy because I was truly in a lot of pain and needed speedy relief. I got this doctors information from my insurance website. I received a text message the same day confirming the appointment for the next day. The next day I received a call from the office (2 hours before my appointment) saying that they just wanted to confirm my appointment and to let me know that the cost would be an additional $100.00. The hundred dollars was being charged to me because my insurance company does not cover the cost of the initial visit. This was nothing more than a scam. When I called my insurance company, they had no clue what I was talking about. This saddens me because I already don’t trust doctors for personal reasons, but furthermore, this was a black person just like me, and I was in excruciating pain. So I have no clue who the good reviews are coming from, but that was my horrible experience. All my insurance company can do is file a complaint against them on my behalf, but that does not help me in my current pain. I pushed for the appointment because I was in so much pain. I am very very disappointed the way I was treated. I’m on a fixed income, where to I find $100.00 to folk over? If the “the policy was to charge me $100.00” why not say that to me the day before when I called, furthermore, that’s not the agreement they have with the insurance company. Bad business practice.

My mom was in excruciating pain. She had to hold on to the wall and drag drag feet to walk. Dr. Jean- Charles had to help her to the examination room. After she saw how much pain my mom was in, she was determined to make sure that my mom did not leave her office the same way she came in. By the time she was done with my mom’s treatments that day, She was walking upright by herself with no pain! She felt amazing and couldn’t stop smiling!! Dr. Charles and her receptionists celebrated and that made my mom feel special. I appreciate them for that. I stayed in the waiting room while my mom was getting treated and I watched the interaction with the other patients. I have to say that this is a positive work environment. Everyone is cool and relaxed. From what I’ve seen, they remember the patients faces, names and needs. They are efficient, professional and friendly. I will always come here and I highly recommend this office!!

I’ve been a patient at this facility for 1 year. I find the staff to be consistent in the way they treat the patients. They are kind, caring, friendly, and professional. The ladies at the front office always make me feel welcome. That doctors and therapists take time with the patients. I always leave feeling satisfied. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for rehabilitation.

My family has been Patient of Dr. kentia Jean-Charles for 11 straight Years now. The care and hospitality keep bringing us back for all of our chiropractors and Therapy needs. I will never forget the day i walked in on a cane and left in good shape to go running running errands. In addition to that Dr. Jean-Charles the multi cultural staff will understand my broken english We are very grateful for the service we received there. May God continue to bless you all!

So far so good, I originally booked my appointment thru the web. Showed up and I was no where to be found, but the staff took care of the mix up and I was seen by another doctor in the office that say. I booked another appointment, returned and was treated by Dr. Jean-Charles. Very professional, took her time to find out why I was seeking chiropractic care (not just reading previous notes) she discussed what her plan was to effectively manage the condition. After treatment I left feeling a little sore but reassured, someone actually took the time to listen to me and not try to get me back in on a sales pitch. #iykyk
