Horrible front desk. Issue how they billed my insurance. Shady. The old guy who is there in the front, he tells everyone he is the manager when no one is asking. Raises his voice and yells at you. Something is wrong with him seriously.

Great doctor. He has been my primary doctor for over 10 years.

Front desk is very rude

The receptionists are a bunch of old, ugly, and rude women. They're impatient even with basic tasks. Every time I go, I have to wait 4 or 5 hours. It's like I'm going to be drowned in a pig cage. But if you buy milk tea and give it to them at the front desk, you can cut in line—how convenient!

This doctor has a bad reputation. The old woman at the front desk who answered the phone provided terrible service. Luckily, there was a young girl at the front desk who was very helpful. Compared to other clinics, this one felt really run-down. I hope that treating your guests well is the same as treating yourselves well.
