Doctor, staff everything is good. But I don’t why there washroom and floor are too dirty . After every 3 months I have to go there for my blood work , but their washroom are too stinky and dirtiest place ever. Why patients not complaining about this. And why staff is not responsible for this …. Please clean your washroom It’s a request Thank you

Dr Hamid is a true professional. Excellent physician. He listens to you and takes his time explaining everything. The staff is amazing they will work with you. Waiting time is amazing compared to other offices. He keeps his schedule on time. I can only speak highly of Dr. Hamid. I wish other doctors will follow him in all aspects. I am really impressed that we can find a physician like him now in days. By the way I am in the medical field and I have seen everything that goes on in the medical field. I was referred to Dr. Hamid by a friend and been seeing him for the past year and the Dr. Hamid is an amazing doctor. He listens very attentively to his patients. Very accommodating. His staff is also amazing. I have referred several people to him as well. Great doctor.

I am an observant and informed individual, especially given that I am studying to enter the medical field. I am well aware of my body's signals and what they indicate. For some time now, I have been experiencing a range of concerning symptoms, such as heart palpitations, frequent dizziness, seeing stars, and episodes of fainting. I also have consistently high diastolic blood pressure and circulation issues, evident from my nails often turning blue. During my recent. consultation with Dr. Faisal Hamid, I provided a detailed summary of my symptoms, hoping to identify the root cause. However, I felt my concerns were dismissed. For example, he did not even review my renal ultrasound findings with me and instead attributed my heart palpitations to soda and sugar intake. This assumption was frustrating, as I have not consumed soda for two years and have avoided caffeine since the birth of my daughter, which had worsened my symptoms and blood pressure. What was particularly disheartening was that during my visit, I noticed Dr. Hamid making comments about me to one of his staff members. This was evident from her repeated glances in my direction and laughter, also her pointing in my direction, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Such behavior, especially in a professional healthcare setting, is not only unprofessional but also deeply discouraging, especially when I am seeking answers for my health concerns.I believe that patients deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their size or appearance. My symptoms are genuine and require a thorough investigation, not assumptions based on superficial factors. I am simply looking for a healthcare professional who will take my concerns seriously and work with me to find the cause of my symptoms. I will not be coming back here nor will he be my primary care doctor, a medical professional who truly cares about his patients will not do any of this.

Best PCP I have ever had. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. The front desk staff is always happy and encouraging when I walk in for my appointment. Dr. Hamid is very thorough when going through ROS. He is also very attentive and actually listens to my problems before creating a plan of treatment!! Keep up the good work y'all
