Google review (Odalmy Ruiz): As someone who has been dealing with severe cramps since I was nine years old, I truly wish I had found Dr. Kelsey R. Kossl sooner. Throughout the process of pursuing surgery, she has been nothing but compassionate, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable in her field. She took the time to listen to me, validated my concerns, and made me feel genuinely comfortable—something I had never experienced with any other gynecologist.
If you are someone who has been struggling with intense menstrual pain and feel like you haven’t been taken seriously, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kossl. She has made an incredible difference in my life.

Google review (Janelle Maloney): Dr. Kelsey R. Kossl is everything I wish I had encountered years ago.
After living with debilitating pain for a long time, and experiencing medical racism, dismissal, and being told my symptoms were “normal” or “in my head”, my endometriosis surgery consult with Dr. Kossl was profoundly validating and healing. From the very beginning, she listened without rushing, interrupting, or minimizing my experience. For the first time, I felt truly seen and believed as a patient.
Dr. Kossl is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and thoughtful in the way she explains endometriosis, surgical options, and next steps. She took the time to answer all of my questions with clarity and compassion, making sure I fully understood my body and my choices. Her approach felt collaborative, not paternalistic, something that has been painfully rare in my healthcare journey.
What stood out most was her empathy. She acknowledged the years of pain I’ve endured and the systemic barriers that so many patients face, and she treated me with dignity, respect, and care. I left the appointment feeling hopeful, empowered, and confident in my treatment plan; emotions I honestly didn’t think were possible after so many negative experiences.
If you are someone who has been dismissed, gaslit, or made to feel invisible, especially Black Women or anyone navigating chronic pelvic pain, I cannot recommend Dr. Kossl highly enough. She sets the gold standard for what patient-centered, trauma-informed, and equitable care should look like.
I am deeply grateful to have found her.
