I found a much better experience here on 39th St. The staff is super professional. They are warm and friendly as soon as you enter the space. They all jump in to help the client. Today PT assisted me while feeling pain and in the moment of working with that area of my body, stretching it with me, I felt better. Jumping in to show me the technique with a game changer because now I’m empowered to do it myself at home. They give you the space to do your routine but are always aware of you.

Dr. Goldenberg is great ! Her office on 86th street is Great with Sophia being the front desk manager along with Catherine My appointments are always confirmed! The office on west 38th street and Galina ( front desk manager ) just cancels my appointments without even Letting me know! I leave work early on certain days for my therapy so that is not ok! Galina is no help in fixing the mistakes SHE made and talks to people in a very condescending tone. I work hard and make arrangements for certain days and to not even be accommodated when it was the offices mistake is beyond rude just ignorant. I will be switching my offices today and never going there again

Dr Goldenberg is excellent and such a courteous caring doctor. She has incredible credentials and really takes to the time needed with each patient which is so rare now a day. She does all the documentation for New York Worker's Compensation perfectly. Her front desk reception is awesome, sharp, beautiful, and just so professional. Punam and Bobby are professional incredible competent physical therapist. Jaesung is also the best acupuncturist I've ever been to. He makes treatment relieving and pretty much painless every visit. He's so calm and positive as well. Jaesung treated my mother when she had food poisoning and she was able to eat later within 12 hours symptom free.

Dr. Goldenberg, Heidi, Maria, Jaesung, and everyone else here is so kind, personable, professional, and pleasant to be around. I look forward to my physical therapy visits for the physical results I'm getting and for the general atmosphere of the office. I would recommend to anyone.

I hope Dr. Joyce Goldenberg understands that they have the rudest receptionist ever.
