Is hard to get in touch with front desk. I have appointment for next week and been calling since last week due i have to let my supervisor on time and they're talking about i Owen insurance. Wich i don't, i called my insurance and they were supposed to let me know by today and nothing. Like if they get computer and and find out better. I lost half day of work and now probably I'll have to get another referral to see someone else. I am having lot if headechs and i have to wait all this time with no answer

Avoid this place at ALL costs - literally any other doctor will serve you better. They say they make appointments - this is a lie. It is a walk-in first come first serve arrangement. Expect to be here at LEAST three extra hours.

Every time someone picks up the phone, they put me on hold!! Been on hold since 1:50pm it’s not 2:30pm no response yet! This is a medical office with patients, why isn’t anyone answering me after putting me on hold 3x every time they pick up?

Dr. Acevedo is an amazing doctor. He is caring, insightful and incredibly transparent. Highly recommend him

The doctor is great but they need better assistance they don’t like working and are not organized..
