My treating psychiatrist in NYC not because I was mentally I’ll I was in a accident I had a TBI and neck injury in NYC he was a fantastic psychiatrist who helped me. I saw this psychiatrist for seven years to bad I made a horrible mistake decided to move to Ohio. I have never received the proper medical treatment recently finding out I was misdiagnosed on electronic medical records at Union hospital in Dover Ohio. I haven’t been able to correct my records but I will continue to contact the ombudsman Tony Ferguson who has the information including a court decision he also has depositions from treating physicians that weren’t contacted during my 3 week stay. I had more problems at Union hospital a few months later at the ER Tony Ferguson is aware I have contacted him along with my POA they have never given me the proper medical treatment they are responsible for a decline in my health. This is happening because of misdiagnosis misinformation on my electronic medical records. Tony Ferguson has received the information he is handling my medical records by not contacting me or my POA . This hospital have never given me the proper medical treatment or diagnosis I left there hospital with a walker and a brace a very serious accident on top of a TBI and neck injury.None of my treating physicians were contacted I was misdiagnosed and abused. I wouldn’t let this hospital treat you they are negligent totally incompetent and not willing to correct my medical records. Since this happened to me the Cleveland Clinic bought them so more people have access to my misdiagnoses on my medical records. This kind of treatment is unbelievable and any hospital should not be able to make so many mistakes. I will not give up and hopefully all the people that participated in this abuse should be held accountable by law . Hopefully this will keep me and others safe from any further harm to me or others.
