My office visits with Dr. Gressel are always great. There is never a long wait, which help with those blood pressure readings. In addition, the staff there are always so pleasant to work with and helpful. Dr. Gressel is very personable and caring. She listens to her patients and invested in their long term good health.

Dr. Gressel has been my doctor for over 5 years and I will not trade her for another. She is attentive, funny and straight forward. I love the service that I receive here and the staff are attentive and readily available. My first experience there is the reason why I keep going back. I have never had a bad experience in their presence and I know first hand the the service is top notch.

Sigh, I can't recommend this practice in good conscience. I wish individuals were able to give zero stars. Imagine going to your PCP to have labs done and your PCP was a No Show for scheduled Televisits to discuss your lab results. Dr Gressel's office never reached out to me; I was the person contacting them in order to reschedule. So yes, this practice is a NO for me. In an urban city like NYC, I refuse. I've got options.
