Dr. Flores is the best gyn ever. She has been my doctor for about 16 years. She is an extremely caring and professional doctor that’s listens to her patients.

Dr Flores been my GYN for a couple of months, I would always recommend her since her service used to be great, I called today 11:19am telling the front desk I been having my period over 3 weeks, with extremely pain, while using birth control she said I can come in till March ! I’m so disappointed

the front desk is RUDE! the doctor told me herself she takes walk-ins for emergencies.they said go to an emergency room! most hospitals dont have a gyn department . disgusting

Horrible office. They rescheduled my appointment, when I got there, there was an hour+ wait. Then they told me due to my condition they couldn’t see me today, and rescheduled me 2 months out. Just an awful experience.
