Hua Ding

been trying to help my parents apply for supplies and i just requesting for my documents but whenever we call they immediately put us on hold for 5 minutes???? kinda wild especially since in the background i can hear them gossiping

Dr Ding Hua office is busy all the time, but I never wait long. Dr Ding is very nice and attentive. She always spends good enough of time with her patients. The staff in the front desk is very helpful. Special thank to the nurse who did my bloodwork. It’s painless because her excellent skills and experience.

Even when you booked an appointment 3 months ahead and showed up on time for your appointment. You would still need to wait 2 more hours for your turn. It's very time-consuming, especially if you have work or plans. It messes up your schedule. The time management is awful here. Patients would shout at the front desk, complaining about their wait time. If you do walk in, expect to wait at least 3 hours to 5 hours long. I would not recommend this place. After a long wait, when they called you in, the doctor would only talk to you in small chat within 5 minutes. Immediately, they would prescribe your medications without any actual physical check-up. When your other doctor's place dialed this places front desk to get your medical information. The front desk employees aren't helpful and informative. They hung up on you a few times. In the end, the other doctor's place had to find my medical information and my record themselves.

Never follow the appointment time, and doc left early around 4:20pm. I did physical examination on march, and they call me back on April. Not recommended

Very good personal doctor. Every time i do checkups, her attitude is professional and her team of helpers are very good.
