Hsiang Lih Chen, M.D.

Writing a review about my first and only visit to Dr. Chen's office. I moved from across the country where my last OB/GYN was top in the country and had me doing pap smears once every 3 years. Something seemed off when Dr. Chen wanted me to get tested for PCOS (came back negative) and have a 6-month pap smear. When I asked if I could send my records from my previous OB, she told me on the phone something to the effect of 'I'm you're doctor now, you'll do what I tell you.' That was it for her. I went to another, top rated OB who came very well-referred. This OB ran the gamut of tests, including pap smear, blood workup, and uterine ultrasound and everything came back normal. I don't understand why this doctor has so many good reviews, so I felt compelled to post. I have never been more disgusted by the way a medical professional has treated me in my life.

I was referred to Dr Chen by my mom. What an amazing experience. She went through my file throughly, asked questions about my conditions and explained the exam in detail. She advised on additional exam I would need. The yearly check up for me was great, first time a doctor did not make me feel any discomfort. I would highly recommend. Staff is also sweet and kind.

Dr. Chen is a great Dr. She is personable, caring, and is very thorough in making sure her patients get the care they deserve. I am so glad that I have her as Dr. I would highly recommend . My visit was exellent. The waitingtime at the office was not long,yet very professional and thorough. She even followed up with a call a few days after to see how I was feeling. GREAT Dr. And caring person.

Dr Chen is the best doctor you can ever choose for your baby and mom. Not only she is extremely experienced and skilled but also is very attentive and its always, always available (despite her busy agenda). I'm also a physician (surgeon) so I can easily recognize great doctors and believe me, she is outstanding! Her Staff is great as well. They are very kind and polite and always very helpful. This is the second pregnancy my wife is seeing Dr Chen and we have recommended her to several friends that ended up having their babies with Dr Chen and all of them thanks us still today for recommending her. The certainty that the most precious things on our lives (our family) are safe in great hand is priceless. I can never thank Dr Chen enough.

Dr. Chen is one of the most experienced doctors you can have during your pregnancy, she was recommended to me by my primary Doctor which also had her baby with her. This speaks volumes of the amount of care and professionalism she takes with her patients. I’ve been seeing her for the past 4 years and wouldn’t have chosen anyone else to guide me through my second pregnancy. Her bedside manners are commendable and I will highly recommend her. I absolutely love DR. Chen! Great office, amazing staff. Great follow up.
