Appointments were repeatedly scheduled under my name without my request or consent. The office attempts to justify these appointments by placing a single missed call and immediately hanging up, which does not constitute real communication. This raises serious concerns about billing practices and patient consent. I have reported the issue to my insurance provider and would advise others to carefully review any charges from this office.

The phone number for this doctor office isn’t available ever and when answered it’s a women saying it’s the wrong number. This is unacceptable.

Dr doesn’t help me for any paper work for my health and I give him everything To approve my problem before surgery and after surgery

Extremely Unprofessional – Wasted My Time Multiple Times I’ve made more than two appointments specifically to see Dr. Mustafa at this office, and every single time I show up, they tell me he’s not there — and somehow it’s never their fault. No calls, no emails, no updates. Just wasted time. I drive an hour to get to this location and even take off work to make these appointments. The front desk staff seems indifferent and offers no explanation or apology. It’s like they expect patients to just deal with it. This is incredibly unprofessional, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone who values their time or needs reliable care.

This place is like a circus, staff are like clowns with all that make-up and singing behind the desk , get professional staff , even one of the nurse is sick running nose and cough like you look sick why come in and get other people sick , all they want to do is milk your insurance, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE TO COME HERE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR HEALTH!
