Told me I needed to pay upfront, even tho I was in-network. They said because I had a deductible, I’d have to pay upfront and then if my insurance paid them anything they’d “refund” me. When I said that was fine they told me the doctor wasn’t even there! He was “at the hospital” working, but the receptionist had no idea when he was going to arrive. I got the distinct impression they just didn’t want to see me and were coming up with excuses. Total waste of time
