Dr. Brissette performed ICL surgery to correct my vision in April 2025. She was efficient, precise, and extremely professional. She did an excellent job and my vision is clear with no complications. I had my procedure done the second week of April and it went very smoothly. I only spent about 20 minutes in the operating room. In that time, Dr. Brissette organized the lenses she was going to insert, coordinated her staff to prepare my eyes for surgery, and prepared for the surgery in a calming and efficient manner. The actual procedure was very quick, a few minutes per eye. I was awake but felt no pain or pressure or even discomfort--it seemed like the lights in the room went kaleidescope for a few moments and then it was done. The second eye was very similar. I went in for a post-op procedure the next day with Dr. Brissette, and again she was prompt, efficient, and professional. I had to reschedule that day but she was very accommodating, and answered all of the questions I had about my eyes. It's been about 3 weeks since the procedure, and my vision is clear and I've had no complications. Overall an excellent experience and done by a remarkable doctor.

I can only afford to put my precious eyes in the best hands. As a model, actress and travel photographer my livelihood depends on it. So grateful to Dr Ashley Brissette, MD, MSc, FRCSC and all her team at Cornell Weill Hospital. From prognosis to post operative couldn't have felt more confident with the results.

Poor communication, responses were delay, lack of organization throughout the visit. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in service and patient communication.
