Heidi S Flagg, MD

Dr Flagg is one of the best doctors I have had the pleasure of being a patient of. I have been with her for 23 years. She has seen me through two kids - 2 c sections and now peri- menopause. She gets to the root of the problem. She actually cares about your well being. She does not stop until she gets the results for her patients to be healthy and happy. I can’t think of a better doctor to have on this journey and truly feel so so lucky. I come from a family of doctors and I know what good looks like. Simply said, she is the best.

Worst experience with the receptionists in this clinic, unfortunately. It always takes me a big effort to make an OB appointment, it’s a sensitive topic for me for many reasons. They are not just were not able to talk to me and to share their doctor’s info, they hang up on me when I call to cancel an appointment I managed to book. At least I hope they really canceled it as they said and will not charge me anything. I wish I could make it online within one click, but it is not an option for some reason.

Look no further than Dr. Flagg and all of the doctors at Spring OBGYN. The entire staff is amazing, I have seen almost all of the doctors in the practice who are all women and have not been disapointed. The staff always picks up the phone duing business hours and makes it easy to get in touch with them outside of business hours too. The doctors and Dr. Flagg are extremely knowledgable and make you feel very comfortable and safe.

I have been a patient of Dr. Flagg for many years, my daughter too. She and her all woman team set a very high bar for professional wisdom, sincerity and warmth.
