Elaine Clarke, MD

Dr. Clarke is great, it's unfortunate that she works with the practice she works with. Maybe it's the first time Mum hibbi-jibbies but I want my child to be adequately cared for, I would love to see results on the portal that were actually carried out, not manufactured, I would love the doctor to receive my messages when I call, I would love a follow-up when I'm sent for outside referrals or when a lab work is carried out on my child. I don't recommend the practice at all. Terrible service. No empathy for a sick child. They shouldn't even be working with children at all. Everything was all well and good till the winter weather and all the flu, Coxsackie, otitis media, enterovirus etc issues started coming every week it seemed it. Then I realized what terrible medical care my child was receiving. I could reach doctor acquaintances faster than I could reach my child's doctor even with the so called "on-call" service they have. Infact this review is getting 4 stars simply because of the new staff 'Star' she is great! She performed all vitals appropriately and took her time to complete necessary assessments. Children know good people and my child warmed up to her, she the reason blood work went smoothly. Oh! The Russian Lady (she might not be Russian, and I'm sorry if I'm wrong) is amazing too, love her.
