Terrible! Completely unprofessional. I was behind on a few vaxs. As a mother i should be the one to determine when. Instead of educating me, showing me pros and cons, etc. he first walked in and says “You know my policy on vaccinations right?” Not hi how are you and baby doing today. I said yes i just want to hold off right now, what does she need? His answer was a new doctor. Then while i was trying to address a concern i had about my daughter, every response he had was vaccine vaccine vaccine. Just brushed my concern for the health and well being of my baby aside. He told me i have 30 days to get the vaccines or there will be a dismissal letter sent out. Seems like he is a doctor ready for retirement and his way of getting as much money from patients and insurance companies is to force every parent to vac their children. If you don’t you aren’t worth his time.

My experience with Dr Buonaspina was horrific, consistently frustrating and disappointing. Communication is extremely one-sided — concerns are often dismissed, questions are not welcomed, and conversations frequently felt condescending. Rather than listening carefully, the doctor would speak over me loudly and seemed unwilling to have an open discussion about my children’s symptoms or treatment options. Both of my children struggled with ongoing issues — constipation and acid reflux — and neither concern was taken seriously. The advice given was very generic, minimal, and no more helpful than what could easily be found through a basic Google search. Every issue seemed to receive the same simplistic response instead of thoughtful, individualized care. As a parent, you want to feel heard, respected, and supported when advocating for your children’s health. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

We couldn’t be happier with the care our daughter receives from Dr. B & Alex. From our very first visit, it was clear that they genuinely care about their patients. They always takes the time to listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions thoroughly, and explain things in a way that is easy to understand. My daughters feel comfortable and at ease during appointments, which speaks volumes about the offices warm and friendly demeanor. The entire staff is welcoming, professional, and attentive, making each visit a positive experience for both parents and kids. We are so grateful to have such a knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient-centered pediatrician.

My son has been going to Dr. B since he was a new born (my son is now 10) and we absolutely love him ! He always takes great care and always provides the absolutely care. I literally refuse to change his doctor

How could Dr. B have less than 5 stars!? An amazing Doctor! Amazing staff! He truly loves children and practices medicine accordingly. We’ve been blessed to have him care for our kids for many many year.
