It's a quick and friendly experience every appointment I go. Dr. Cheung always greets me with a beautiful genuine smile. I have multiple issues and she has helped with each one. Her staff are all nice and friendly. Thank you all for being so professional and happy.

Doctor was somewhat pleasant but offered my wife no alternatives other than a surgery! A second opinion elsewhere offered two different alternatives and a third option that’s not covered by insurance. Just didn’t like the fact that she was going straight for surgery instead of offering alternatives. Some of the office staff were kind of rude! Especially front desk staff in the lobby. I was told to see them to schedule my next appointment, when I went to speak with them they were both going out to lunch and said “Oh, we don’t do appointment bookings here. You would have to speak with the lady at the front desk downstairs that’s at the entrance of the building” Went downstairs and was told by the lady at the desk that the ladies who sent me to her, are the ones who are supposed to schedule it. She offered to schedule the appointment and was cool about it but seemed disappointed that they continue to send people to her. “it’s part of their job and they do this all time”, as she stated. Terrible and disappointing experience all around!

From the onset of my hip fracture through my recovery I have nothing but praise for Dr. Zoe Cheung. I am very grateful for her expertise, professionalism and compassion during a difficult time. The staff was always pleasant and helpful as well. I would certainly recommend Dr. Cheung to anyone in need of her care.

Dr Cheung is truly exceptional. Very knowledgeable and has an excellent bedside manner which immediately put me at ease. She listens and answers every question with detail. Five stars is not enough for her. Highly recommended to anyone in need of an orthopedic surgeon.

Dr Cheung is calm, calming, compassionate, thoughtful and thorough. Mine was quite a complicated trauma surgery lasting hours and she did superb work to save my leg. I was very fortunate to get her as my surgeon.
