Dr Castellano is an excellent physician. He explains everything in detail, along with a great exam. Valerie is wonderful. The staff is very pleasant and professional. I recommend this practice.

Dr Castellano is an excellent doctor unfortunately his staff needs some lessons on etiquette. I had a concerning experience at this office. During my visit, a nurse documented information in my medical record that I believe is inaccurate and does not reflect what actually occurred. I have requested a formal amendment to my record to correct this. Accurate medical documentation is extremely important, and this situation was frustrating and concerning. I hope the office reviews its documentation practices to ensure patient records are handled appropriately.

My initial visit with Dr Castellano was very unpleasant. For a patient that comes to seek help from a professional, he made me feel like a complete idiot. Absolutely no bed side manners.

Best doctor yet, great bedside manner, thorough and patient in explaining everything to you. I felt safe like I was with a family member, I highly recommend him and appreciate everything he does 💜💜

Everyone in the office is very nice. I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes for an appointment. He’s very thorough personal and has great bedside manner.
