At 11:35, I was still in their waiting room for my 10:15 appointment. When I asked the front desk, the receptionist just looked at me and said they have a lot of patients. She says I'm second, but I've been second for an hour. I also recognize her voice, and she's the one who told me to come in at 10:15??? I've been here before, and other experiences aren't any better. Once you get called in, expect to get a nurse to get your basic info (weight, blood pressure, etc), and then wait again. I waited for another 45 minutes just waiting for the doctor to come see me. Then, after the doctor sees you for 4 minutes, you have to wait again outside of her office to get a final consultation. Knowing all this, I kept telling the nurses I had to go, but they all said to wait a bit more or to tell the doctor. I WOULD IF I COULD. Not to mention, at her office, there's different things showcasing Trump. I understand that everyone is entitled to their political standing, but at a professional setting where you're supposed to be helping patients looking to you for help? Trump is very intimidating to a largely-immigrant and poor population town like Flushing. I'm switching immediately after this. I feel stupid for not doing so before.

My cousin and her friends are all patients here. The doctor is okay from what I was told but the nurse practitioner or nurse is very rude and the appointment staff really need to find a more efficient way of scheduling. The wait here is always 2-3 hours long. When a patient complained, the same nurse practitioner said, "I really don't want you to complain to me. We are trying our best," and cut her off. She had been waiting 2.5 hours. I tried to help a friend of my cousin's with a bill that was sent to her regarding an MRI and the nurse practitioner was insistent that it wasn't the office's problem and as soon as we sat down started to reprimand the front desk assistant, letting him know that next time just to send patients who ask for help with bills away. The bill definitely needed to be addressed by this office. Also, because of HEPA laws, not to speak with anyone who is helping their patients. She shook her head as she left to see other patients and then proceeded to explain to the other desk assistant that "strangers" shouldn't be attempting to help that I was so strange. "이상한사람이야..." I personally do not come to this office, but I feel like the staff here need to learn a lot more about customer service and that the way they handle their patients is very rude. They call everyone mother and father but then will take advantage of all their elderly patients. Time is valuable to everyone. Hope this office can learn proper patient etiquette.

She is a clinically excellent doctor. She is kind and smart. I trust her in prescribing decision and diagnostic treatments. Though waiting time is longer than any other, but I can’t replace her with other doctors, cause she is a reliable doctor.

Takes sooooo long for everything. Starts from the reception forgetting you to the doctor forgetting you. This place is ridiculous and the only reason why it’s still open is because of the elderly Koreans who don’t speak English.

Long waiting time, unprofessional receptionist and doctor’s office really shouldn’t be a place for political showcase.
