The office is clean, bright and cheerful. Dr. Duke is a kind, compassionate physician to all of his patients. My husband and I met him on 188th Street and Hillside as a very loving individual strongly concerned about the well being of his patient. He also cared for my mother and now she is 86 years old and still desires to see him as her doctor. You will love his winning personality and gentle bedside manner. Mrs. G. Walters

I have received awful service that borders on discrimination. The assistant refused to even schedule another appointment for me. I have suffered in pain for months. She double billed my insurance company. She lied and said I only had one appointment with them.

Dr. Duke has the potential to be a good doctor and he has been in the past, but as of late, he has been behaving in a rude and unprofessional manner towards me. He is constantly texting other people and answering his cell phone and talking on the phone about other patients in front of me. It is so frustrating when I get interrupted during my appointment when he takes multiple calls on his cell phone or he's texting other people in the medical profession about issues that have nothing to do with me. He gets easily distracted by his phone and it's super annoying and frustrating. Some of his physician assistant students in training struggle to properly draw blood. It's a shame because I've gone to him for years and in the last few years, the cell phone interruptions have taken away from him being an effective doctor.

The doctor is amazing himself but I’ve been calling all week. Left messages to get a call back. The receptionist is the worst. I still never got a call back!!! So unprofessional, Like hire a new girl. She’s horrible and rude for this type of service

Very unprofessional doesn’t answer calls nor return calls if I leave a voicemail!!! Doctor isn’t doing much recently too. Entire system sucks
