Warren Wenjsair Hsu, D.O.

Dr. Hsu is one of a kind doctor who genuinely cares for his patients' health. He educated me to be vigilant in diet, outdoor activities, personal hygiene before going through the medication when other ways are to no avails. He is nice and patient in listening to me. Besides he advised me how to change the home interior environment as the first line of defense to allergy. highly recommended.

Dr Warren Hsu is a great doctor! He has awesome bed side manner . He is very patient with my child and my many questions.His staff is courteous and helpful. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Dr. Hsu is a kind and competent doctor. However, every single one of my experiences with his office has been unpleasant and at times, insulting, because of the receptionist, Mrs. Hsu. This previous interaction was the last straw. I called to ask what time the office closed. The receptionist, Mrs. Hsu hung up on me FIVE times. Each time, she asked for my name and whether I was a patient while ignoring all my questions. Then, when I confirmed I was a patient, she immediately hung up. This was 100% on purpose and I don’t understand why she refused to just tell me what time they closed. She is the most unpleasant woman I have ever encountered. She is always cold and SO rude and never cooperative. She has ZERO empathy for patients and in fact, her uncooperativeness could impede a patients lifesaving medical services. She is not only completely unqualified to be anywhere near healthcare, she is DANGEROUS for patients. I encouraged both my husband and my daughter to be patients of Dr. Hsu and they BOTH had such negative experiences with Mrs. Hsu that they switched primary doctors. It’s such a shame because Dr. Hsu is just the opposite and has great bedside manner. Warning to potential patients: DO NOT come here unless you want to be disrespected at every visit.

I made an appointment to visit Dr. Hsu and arrived at his clinic 30 minutes early before my appointment time. I filled out all the paperwork and paid my copayment. Just because I asked a simple question about the copayment process which made them think I will be a troublemaker patient . I was waiting at the waiting room then a lady in the office told me to leave! She said Dr. Hsu doesn’t want to take me as a patient. I asked the lady what’s wrong with me why I have to leave even though I already had an appointment with the doctor? She told me that Dr. Hsu can pick his patients! Yes Dr. Hsu can pick patients but he shouldn’t give me a time and told me to go to the clinic on time then kicked me out! How ridiculous! How rude and disrespectful to patients! No professional ethics at all.

Dr. Hsu is great. I went to him suffering terribly from allergies. Through comprehensive testing, he figured out what my problems were and helped me to overcome them. The staff at his front desk is courteous and helpful.
