I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff. They were extremely unprofessional. I called to make an appointment for the date my insurance becomes active, and I already knew the exact effective date of my insurance. However, the receptionist refused to schedule the appointment unless the insurance was already active at the time of booking. I have worked as a front desk receptionist before, and it is normal to verify insurance for next-day or future appointments. If there is an issue, the office can simply inform the patient later instead of refusing to schedule altogether. I contacted another dental office afterward, and they had no problem booking the appointment for me. Very disappointing experience — would not recommend.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Chen for over 10 years. He is a caring and skilled dentist. He is also taking care of my 4-year-old son now. We recently brought him to Dr. Chen for 2 cavities. My son felt very comfortable with him. Dr. Chen is absolutely a trustworthy dentist. Would definitely recommend him!

today i went to the dentist office for the first time, and the staff members were really nice to me and my mother. Dr. Wang Chen had a whole conversation with my mom and it was good to see them laughing and smiling. he was a nice person and he helped me on what i should do next time for my teeth. i really recommend this dentist.
