Dr Chen is the only dentist I trust. I have been going to him for years and have referred friends and family to him. He was a godsend after being traumatized by another dentist for years. Dr Chen is extremely patient and knowledgeable at what he does. He talks you through your procedure and listens to you when you speak. I have never felt rushed, stressed, anxious or overwhelmed during my visit. If you want an excellent caring supportive and knowledgeable dentist go to Dr Chen. He is amazing.

Dr. Chen is indeed the best dentist in NYC and I totally miss going to because I got hurt and not able to work so I lost my Insurance. Although he does not take my current insurance he is worth paying out of pocket. He has great staff especially his dental hygienist who is also the best in NYC! You will see the truth in what I am saying because appointments for check up n cleaning takes awhile so it’s best to make it 3 months in advance, since everyone appreciates a great dentist and hygienist!

Dr chen has been my dentist for a little over 2 years. He is excellent. He gives patients time, answers all questions and never wait more than 10 minutes in waiting areas. Appointment times are adhered to. Highly recommend this dentist.

Great dentist he is the reason why my husband found out he had tongue cancer, wasted no time referring us to a oral surgeon. Office is a little cramped, receptionist a little stern but knows what she is doing. No one is ever happy going to the dentist, he makes the process easier to deal with. Parking can be validated at one of the lots close by just ask which one before parking on the street.
