I had an appointment scheduled, yet I had to wait for over two hours before being seen. When I finally met with the dentist, I had to ask what procedure I was there for because the dentist did not seem to know the reason for my visit. After that, I was sent back to the waiting area and had to wait even longer. To make matters worse, there is very limited seating available. The office is extremely small, so you may end up standing for a long time or waiting outside because there simply aren’t enough places to sit. Overall, the experience felt very disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend this office based on my experience. Never coming back.

My first time going to this dentist office was a pleasant one. I was recommended by a friend that’s been coming here for years to go, and I’m glad I did. I did have to wait two hours for my appointment which was a bummer, but what can you do when people have medical emergencies? When I was sat on the chair I was in and out in 15 minutes and he was so kind and funny. Very reassuring. Great place to come if you’re anxious about the dentist. Just bring a snack in case you’re waiting for too long

Came to Dr Jason by a referral from my Dentist. Long time insecure about my smile, he gave me a cosmetic option with crowning. Albeit nervous and anxious about what would be an irreversible process i took a leap of faith and am floored by the results. I cant believe this is me, a few bumps along the road but i am very satisfied with the way my teeth look now. Amazing Job!

I love the entire dental team!! They're all very kind and patient, esp for someone like me who is phobic with dentists, they were comforting as they all have gentle hands and lovely dispositions and attitudes. I'm so grateful that I chose this office and team for my dental care. I will recommend this office to everyone.

So far it’s really poor, all due respect…but I called last week Friday to schedule an appointment from a referral at 420pm , they told me the doctor was out for the day so it would be impossible to make an appointment…so I called back on Wednesday of this week at 2pm, was told oh the dentist isn’t here and we actually close at 2pm on wednesdays, call back tomorrow. I even asked her what the office hours for Thursday were, and I was assured once again that I would be able to make an appointment then. It is Thursday, I have called four times and been seemingly ignored only to find out that the office staff a in fact not open today according to google. I am incredibly concerned, not only has it been difficult to find a dentist that accepts dentaquest, but they are making me work for it and I don’t understand why. As of yet, the lack of transparency is worrying. Nonetheless I hope, by my leaving this complaint, I will be addressed in a timely manner so I can save whatever is left of my teeth.
