ACDF C3-C6 in August 2021 (age 64). I was in really bad shape when I saw Dr Albert. My cervical stenosis was severe. Pain was unbearable and I had lost much of the muscle in my arms, shoulders, and back. I went from triathlete to almost bed ridden. My first spine doctor told me I would not be able to swim or ride a bike after surgery. My second took forever to follow-up, so I turned to Dr. Albert. I believe he saved my life. I awoke from surgery pain pain free! I went back to training soon thereafter, regained all my muscle within a year, and did two sprint triathlons in the first year after surgery.

Dr Albert and Dr Dante operated on me at the Pennsylvania hosp in philly . Let me tell you he did a fusion between C-2 and C-7 without i would have never walked again. They were long operations 17 hr and 14 hr with a halo for four months. All I can say is thank you.

I saw Dr. Albert in December 2022 and had C4-C7 anterior cervical disc fusion surgery on 1/3/23 at HSS. I'm so glad I chose him to do this much needed surgery. He was very informative at the consultation, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. The staff at HSS was attentive, professional and nice which made the hospital stay a pleasant one. I will definitely recommend Dr. Albert to anyone needing neck surgery. My Top Ortho Doc/Surgeon, for sure. I just wish he was still in Phila. But I'm Happy For Him He Is At Another Hospital Teaching His Expertise To Up And Coming Doctors That WantTo Learn Orthopedic Surgery. He Sure Trained Enough In Philly & Surrounding Areas.
