Clean comfortable facility. Sometimes because of the nature of exams there for quite some time. The assistants at the desk are polite & treat patients with respect & dignity. Dr. Balija is professional & comfortable to talk to. Really cares about patients. Overall a most unpleasant experience made as pleasant & comfortable as possible. They even provide coffee, tea & snacks. I usually don’t partake of anything but I appreciate the care to patients

All I can say is WOW! Dr. Tara Balija ROCKS🌟 When I first met her I didn’t know what to expect. I was extremely nervous, never had any illnesses prior to being diagnosed with Breast Cancer. She was very patient, informative about Breast Cancer. She is someone that I can sit for hours to talk to and laugh with. After she performed my Breast surgery, she personally came back to the hospital to check on me and to inform me what she actually did during the surgery. She also wanted to know if I had any questions. Just amazing service at a time that is really needed. Dr. Balija is just the best! Thank you for caring!!!!!!

I loved doctor Balija. She took the time to explain things to me show me images as needed , answer questions talk about next steps. I felt heard and in good hands. Not east to find someone like that . Thank you Doctor

Dr. Balija is an exceptional surgeon and an equally exceptional human being. She’s incredibly compassionate, takes the time to truly listen, and always makes sure every question and concern is addressed. Her deep knowledge and experience is clear from the second you meet her. She instantly put me at ease during what can be an overwhelming time. And her care team, (including Eliana!!!) is equally wonderful: warm, so personable, and attentive. Dr. Balija even took the time to personally call me on follow up and has consistently fit me into her busy schedule. I couldn’t recommend her more highly. Despite what is a stressful experience, she is a doctor I sincerely look forward to seeing and I just can’t sing her praises highly enough. I’m beyond grateful to be in her care. I feel so lucky to have Dr. Balija as my breast cancer surgeon (and her PA, Katie!). From the very start when I was overwhelmed, I felt confident in her knowledge and experience and appreciated her warmth and patience. She took as much time as I needed to explain various options but then also guided me to what she thought was the best way forward. I had two surgeries and she and Katie put me at ease going in, communicated swiftly after, my scar is very minimal and recovery was quick. She also recommended my radiation & oncology team and the three of them communicated so well and were always on the same page about my treatment. You'll be in the absolute best hands with Dr. Balija.
