She didn’t experience any pain at all, and the whole visit was smooth from start to finish. The staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything clearly, so we felt confident about her care. The office is well-organized, and we were seen on time, which I really appreciate. If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist who is patient, professional, and truly caring, I highly recommend Dr. Francis. This was one of the easiest dental experiences we’ve ever had. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with her in Park Slope. From the moment we walked into her office, I felt a deep sense of care and professionalism. I honestly think Dr. Francis has a gift. She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable, but she also has a calm, compassionate presence that instantly put both me and my daughter at ease. She took the time to listen, to really understand what was going on, and made my daughter feel seen, heard, and respected — which is rare and SO valuable in pediatric care. Also! I loved that her approach is holistic. She’s so thoughtful and explained everything clearly without ever making us feel rushed.
