Taking into consideration all the other reviews, I’m giving this office 5 stars. The person who commented about their interview experience — this really isn’t the place for that. Parents are here to learn about the quality of dental care, not to read about personal frustrations with an interview process. For those upset about waiting an hour past their appointment time: that’s unfortunately common at most doctors’ offices. Yes, it’s annoying, but we don’t always know what happened before us. And since this is a pediatric dental office, I can easily imagine delays due to working with children who may be scared or need extra time and care. Our overall experience has been good. We’ve been coming here for about three years. At our very first visit, we did wait over an hour, but there were a lot of kids ahead of us when we arrived. Since then, the service from the dentist and her staff for my son’s dental care has been exceptional. I would recommend this office—with the realistic expectation that, like any doctor’s office, you should be prepared to wait. As for the front desk, yes, they can sometimes come off as rude or dismissive—but that’s a them thing. I don’t take it personally. I’ll often ask a simple question or make a light comment to gently nudge them to rethink their attitude.
