Denied service. One of the ladies at the front desk refused me due to not having a copy of my insurance card. I try to show her they copy from the insurance website and tried to print a copy but they couldn't find the printer info need for me to print it off my phone. I call and spoke to another lady before I took the 30min walk there. Im not feeling well and pcp rejects me. This is not a Doctor I want to see for any reason. Changing my pcp.

The receptionist at this practice is highly unprofessional. I had called a week after visiting the office in regards to obtaining a referral for a specialist. I am at the specialist making the call because the referral was not sent through the insurance. The receptionist was very abrupt and hung up the call. The receptionist at my specialist’s office had taken the initiative to make the call on our end so I can see the specialist. After 30 minutes of waiting, I called back to check up on the status. The receptionist’s tone was borderline yelling. I had told her that she should check her tone and she says I should check mine. She is absolutely unprofessional. The specialist’s receptionist could not see the referral on her end so she requested it to be faxed over. “ Oh my god, what do you not understand; I sent it over, but they cannot not see it is that my fault? What do you want from me? I never had to fax it over before, why do I have to fax it.” I tried to explain that we are requesting it to be faxed because it can’t be seen on our end and just because you didn’t have to do it before doesn’t warrant you to do it in the future as circumstances are always different. I had requested to speak to her manager, and unfortunately she was out on maternity leave. “You can come here and check yourself.” The managers and doctors should really check who they hire for front desk, preferably someone who is courteous, does not yell at their patients and is helpful.

I love Dr. Bae but his receptionists are air-headed. Receptionist called me to tell me my blood test results, then I asked if I could speak to the doctor about the result, she asked why and I told her "because I got this result in my blood test," and she asked me "How do you know you had this result?" She really had just finished telling me 10 seconds earlier that this was my blood test result. When I said "You Just Called To TELL me that result, didn't you???" she said "okay we can set up an appointment"...... So frustrating.

They are constantly submitting insurance claims for someone else that allegedly has the same name as mine. The last time I visited was over 10 years ago and my insurance has changed since. Somehow, they have my new insurance info and keep submitting the claims. Despite numerous attempts to fix the issue, they reluctantly keep submitting claims and it is upto me to resolve the issues. I have asked to delete my name and other info from their system so they cannot mix up the billing, they refused it. It is unbelievably frustrating.

My partner being trying to get her medical records for almost a months and the receptionist always saying they are short in stuff , hang up the phone on her . She told her she needed her medical record before next week and she’s like I will give you a call the end of next week like she’s she’s not understanding but she did understanding and on top of that she hang up the phone on her . This is so disrespectful to the patients he should really pay attention who he is hiring to run her front desk .
